In this document:<\/p>

\u201cController\u201d or \u201cData Controller\u201d means the natural or legal person, public authority, agency or other body which, alone or jointly with others, determines the purposes and means of the processing of Personal Data.<\/p>

\u201cCustomer\u201d: means the customer who concluded a service agreement with X\u2011CITE, in order to receive services offered by the Company within its business activity.<\/p>

\u201cData Subject\u201d or \u201cyou\u201d means an identified or identifiable natural person. An identifiable natural person is one who can be identified, directly or indirectly, in particular by reference to an identifier such as a name, an identification number, location data, an online identifier or to one or more factors specific to the physical, physiological, genetic, mental, economic, cultural or social identity of that natural person.<\/p>

\u201cData Protection Laws\u201d or \u201cLaw\u201d: means any law or regulation related to data protection and privacy applicable within your relationship with X\u2011CITE. This includes in particular the Regulation (EU) 2016\/679 of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of Personal Data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95\/46\/EC (hereafter referred to as \u201cGDPR\u201d).<\/p>
